The greatest obstacle to waking up is the reality that you don't want to wake up but you think you want to wake up- or worse, think you are awake.

Presume you are asleep- if you are not, you won't be the least put off by the thought that you are sleeping because an awakened soul loves to learn about the sleeping self.
