My work is to simply be aware and recognize debris that is blocking out the Truth.

Work Item- Learning

Examine how you learn. When you learn something new, examine its origin and epoch. Did the knowledge come by way of another person or by self insight?

Gaining Knowledge

It is entirely possible to drop wrong answers prior to knowing the right ones. In fact, dropping wrong answers leaves welcome room for the right ones.

Counterfeit Ideas (from Essay)

Justification and illusion cannot bring real value to false ideas any more than they can to counterfeit jewels.

Your Chioce

If it is Truth that you want to see, you will see it. If it is contraction and controversy that you want to see, you will see that instead.

Changing

If your intention is to change yourself, you will end up right where you start.

If your intention is true self-knowledge, and you are willing to let go, you will never be the same.

Feelings (journal entry)

I need to be aware that my feelings are the Ego’s way of keeping itself alive. Guilt, anger, and excitement are false validations that I matter, that I am here.

It is a wonderful fact that regardless of those feelings, the True Self never changes.

Happiness is here to be recognized, it does not need to be discovered or achieved.
