Self Knowledge vs Self Judgment (journal entry)

I need to let go of all ideas of who I am, so the True Self can be free. When I have an expectation of who I am or who I am supposed to be, I merely create an identity by which judgment can be formed. In that case I will always find myself to be more or less than that expectation, creating more false ideas.

When I am free, I am at my very best in all of my endeavors, and a true contributor to the life around me.
